I’m Rue, a young creative director based in the UK, and Citrues is my creative space. From a young age, I’ve been drawn to how visuals, shapes, and colours can communicate ideas and emotions without words. Design, for me, isn’t just a skill, it’s a way of observing the world and translating that observation into something tangible, meaningful, and memorable.

Growing up travelling exposed me to different cultures, aesthetics, and ways of living. From busy markets to quiet streets, I noticed how different places tell stories through objects, packaging, and visual language.

My inspirations
I’ve always been deeply influenced by music, film, and travel. They shape the way I think about atmosphere, pacing, and storytelling. In my free time, you’ll usually find me exploring those things, noticing small details, and absorbing moods and visuals that later find their way into my work.
